Awesome menu! So much to choose from. All 3 meals were delicious with generous portions. Breakfast all day too! Very clean. Super friendly staff.

Food was excellent. I had the chicken club sandwich it was so big I almost could not finish it. My wife had the meatloaf I was not hand made but hot and delicious. I would definitely go again.

The Red Hook Diner has great food, moderate prices, fast service, and is a comfortable place to have a meal.

Besides our waitress, who was extremely helpful and very polite, hard working while attending school to be a nurse, this place was just eh. My fiance had a caesar salad, tasted like it was a salad that sat in a bag before they served it. I had soup, flavorless and just warm. Thank God for the salt and pepper on the table. We had the stuff shrimp and steak. Shrimp was cooked perfect, and very flavorful. Steak was to be cooked medium rare, not what we got. After cutting into it, there was very little pink and no flavor. The place was semi crowded and the atmosphere was nice. A bit noisy at times but as expected being a diner. Went to pay the bill and was not greeted nor was asked how was the meal. It had to be the owner. Absolutely no customer service.

The cleanest diner I have been to. Food is edible but not necessarily tastey, except for the soup.

A little pricey but worth it bring your appetite because giant sandwiches, half pound burgers and a heep of sides Try the Black Russian! A mix of turkey and pastrami on oversized toasted rye bread. Served with a mountain of fries, Cole slaw and Russian dressing on the side. Great selection of family favorites. Everything from roast turkey to meatloaf. Red Hook diner never disappoints!

Busy, good food, Jesus is always the best of serves, price is great. All good as many times as I have visited.

What else is there to say? Greeks make great food Keep a Greek behind a kitchen. And he'll keep you full. Never go away hungry. Can't say any better.

I celebrated my PhD earlier this evening in this great restaurant. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a fabulous evening and the place was absolutely the reason for this outstanding meeting. The team contributed in a very nice manner, the food was yummy and my friends were so thrilled. We shall absolutely visit again for more events. thanks very much.

Stopped in while I was passing through. The place was large, clean and airy and we were seated immediately. The food was fresh and hot and served quickly. The attention to customers was excellent and my coffee cup was never empty. Prices were very reasonable. Enjoyed everything.

This place is horrible, the woman who claims to be “manager” with short hair. Is disgusting person and unsanitary person. She delivers food without a mask, she is incredibly rude to customers. The food is not the value for your dollar. My family and I are very popular in dutchess county and we believe this place should have change in management. Boo! To the “manager” save your dollar and save your life!

This spot never disappoints. They serve fantastic dishes for convenient prices, there are no long waits even when the place is busy.

We always make it a point to stop here every year after going pumpkin picking or apple picking but this visit was very disappointing. It was very busy this afternoon and it showed in our food service. We ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub, chili cheeseburger and open faced meatloaf. All three of our meals came to us ice cold, our waiter never checked on us, the sub had lettuce on it which was supposed to be omitted and because of how our table was situated I had to sit on an odd angle while people tried to squeeze through, bumping into me each time. I still gave a good tip but eating cold food (especially meat loaf,gravy & mashed potatoes) is not an enjoyable experience.

I love diners and this one has become my favorite in recent months. Food is always delicious and on top of that quick to come out. Staff is inviting and the atmosphere is great.

Expected Better. Recently visited this establishment for a relaxing meal but was disappointed how lack luster the server was & the wrong order being delivered after a little wait. Very little in the way of an apology was made when the correct dish was brought out. The best part of the visit was the very friendly & attentive coffee server.

Clean, decent food, and good service. Vegetables are $4+ with some meals. That's a downer. Overall grade B-

Good food at a great price. Ham cheese omelet was very good everything was hot and the waitress was very friendly. Very nice place to eat.

Went down hill. Ordered the seafood platter and they gave us SALSA and creamy Italian for sauces instead of cocktail or tartar (the seafood platter isn’t cheap either, especially to only get a total of 3 shrimp). The seafood was overcooked. The last couple times we have ordered from there it was bad. Very disappointed. We’ve overlooked things in the past, but this was the last time. Won’t be ordering from there again.

This is yet another quaint and pleasant reliable Diner. All of the diners in these small villages are the best

Great food....... Update.....I used to go there all the time. Last visit 4/9/19, wasn't even fully seated by waitress when she was off talking to another table, didn't even offer coffee or water.Next waitress was asked for extra napkins 3 times..... Still waiting for them...... customer service people

Clean, ample standard menu, a few very healthy options, some comfort food options, excellent, efficient and accurate service- most often with a cheerful attitude. Unless you have strict dietary restrictions you are bound to find something you like and a comfortable booth. Coffee is good. I go here rather than the Dunkin Donuts. Mediterranean omelette was good, western sandwich was good, soups were great. Even my finicky father with fickle taste buds due to bone cancer treatment could enjoy his meal here. Admittedly it gets NOISY when busy...but that is to be expected of most diners.

Good food and service. Diner was very clean. Menu had many options they have something for everyone. Would definitely recommend.

It is a cozy restaurant, small salad bar, a lot of seafood. AC was too strong.

Fast, fresh food... friendly staff...good prices...fajitas came out hot with great spices. The french oinion soup is delicious with homemade croutons. Yum. The chicken pasta soup was loaded with chicken, pasta and vegetables. The three cheese burger was a good size burger cooked perfectly. The staff is very attentive. Have gone twice...will be back!

Friendly, attentive service. Generous portions. Couples and adult groups when we arrived at this kid- & family-friendly diner. My husband and I each enjoyed the Meat Loaf Dinner "Blue Plate Special." To start, he had a cup of Chicken with Pasta Soup while I chose House Salad with Oil & Red Wine Vinegar dressing. The meat loaf was well seasoned. The mushroom gravy disappointed us as it was very salty, and my husband didn't care for what he considered overcooked white mushrooms. The freshly steamed, seasonal vegetables - slices of zucchini, summer squash and carrot - highlighted the 5 large, delicious slices of meatloaf. We were surprised to find 3 packets of butter on our plates.. A nice touch for diners who enjoy it on their vegetables. We took half home for lunch sandwiches. We always enjoy our meals at Red Hook Diner!

The bison burger was fantastic. It is rare I am in Redhook these days, but will make it a point to go back again soon. The servers were friendly and accomodating and the outside seating was comfortable.

The Redhook Diner is a staple in Duchess County . It's small very busy , and has the nicest staff in the county. The food is tasty and you get service fast and always with a smile . If you're looking for a place to eat as a family , with a family this is where the dinner table still exists.

Went with a large group for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon.The good: service was friendly and efficient. I was impressed with how our waitress handled such a large group, especially with all of the split checks.The food, for the most part, was also very good: the chicken on the chicken godfather sandwich was fried perfectly. The fries and pickles were awesome as well.The only disappointing part of the meal was the potato salad - it wasn't bad, just bland.

I tend to go to diners but if I do this is only only I'd visit! Food fresh. Good service. Clean.

Adorable place with great music great service and great food! I would definitely eat here all the time if it was closer to my house. They are, dated my special dietary need including the owner ensuring that I had a good meal that was well prepared and delicious. Highly recommend!

Waitress was somewhat rube. We were seated and she immediately asked us for drinks while we were talking. My boyfriend got a hangover burger, they didnt put an egg on it like its supposed to come with. Waitress said she would take some money off the bill for the mistake. Go to pay and the bill wasnt discount so we mentioned it. Owner asked the waitress what happend, in the middle of the diner! She replied with how she forgot to tell him and thought it be okay to give the discount. The owner immediately snapped at her right in front of us at the register with "dont think!!" Slammed the bill down and said goodbye.

Never been there before. Food, service good, reasonablably priced. Just wanted a quick bite, and were pleased with our food.
